Certified High Ticket Closer Program Terms of Service

STUDENT EXPECTATIONS:
I am excited to fully commit to myself, my dreams, my career, and the High Ticket Sales Academy program. I am an action taker, and as such, I am committed to giving this program my very best effort. I am ready to get started and understand that results require consistent effort. Once I begin my program, I will sign a contract with myself to hold myself accountable to achieving certain outcomes. This contract, along with the terms that follow, signifies the formal agreement between me and the company.

STUDENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SALE:
This Agreement is a legal contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "Student") and High Ticket Sales Academy, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "HTSA"). By purchasing an HTSA product, the Student certifies that they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and the Refund Policy. All sales are final. The Student also understands that this Enrollment Agreement is legally binding upon signing by the Student enrolling in the HTSA Certified High Ticket Closer program and acceptance by HTSA.

PAYMENT:
The Student agrees to pay HTSA in full for the purchased product(s) in United States Dollars (USD). The Student may lose access to the program and/or coaching if payments are missed or not completed by the due date. Payments delinquent over 14 days will be sent to collections, and HTSA reserves the right to terminate the agreement. Finance charges will apply to all payment plans.

NOTICE TO BUYERS:
You must be 18 years of age or older to sign this Agreement. Please read, understand, and approve this Agreement before signing. If you are under 18, a legal guardian must sign on your behalf.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of HTSA’s programs, refunds for purchased products or down payments will not be granted outside of our success guarantee (see the “Limited Guarantee” section). By investing in this program, the Student commits to making significant progress through dedicated participation. Because of the intimate nature of the group and the limited availability of spaces, no refunds will be granted after purchase, except as outlined below.

ACCESS TO COURSE CONTENT, MASTERMIND COMMUNITY, AND COACHING PROGRAM:
Students will have lifetime access to the course content for their core product. The Student also receives free access (ranging from six to twelve months) to the Mastermind Community on Facebook, after which they may choose to continue via subscription. 1-on-1 Coaching calls must be used within three months of the program start date unless otherwise approved by HTSA.

LIMITED GUARANTEE (Certified High Ticket Closer Program ONLY):
HTSA offers a limited guarantee to students who meet the following conditions:

  1. The Student must have 2 years of prior sales experience

  2. The Student must complete all course materials, roleplays, attend all 1-on-1 training, and finish their certification before interview opportunities will be offered.

  3. The Student must attend at least one group coaching call per week throughout the program.

  4. The Student must apply to a minimum of 50 high-ticket sales or SDR (Sales Development Representative) positions and provide proof of application, such as screenshots or email confirmations.

If the Student completes all these requirements and does not secure a high-ticket closer or SDR/Setter role within 6 months of completing the certification program, they will be granted a full refund of the program's fees. The Student must provide evidence of compliance with all the above conditions to be eligible for this guarantee.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS (Outside of the Limited Guarantee):
Students expressly agree that participation in the program does not guarantee results beyond the terms outlined in the Limited Guarantee. HTSA offers no additional representations or warranties regarding results.

USE OF RECORDINGS:
Live group calls, webinars, testimonials, Facebook posts, or other audio/visual services may be recorded and used by HTSA for business purposes unless the Student specifically requests otherwise.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
By accepting this Agreement, the Student acknowledges that all content within HTSA’s program is protected by intellectual property rights and agrees to use it only for personal purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of HTSA content may result in civil or criminal penalties.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
HTSA's office is open Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST. These terms apply to all HTSA products sold on this site or any other site linking to these terms.
